Worksphere\'s Ninehire updates large-scale recruitment operations features

Worksphere\'s recruitment management solution Ninehire said on Thursday it has upgraded large-scale hiring operation features for companies that open multiple positions at once, such as public recruitment. The update adds a free function to pre-schedule application start and end dates so postings open and close automatically at set times, including JobKorea-linked listings. Ninehire also expanded the maximum number of process steps to 30 from 10 and added one-click collection of same-day applicants in Ninehire Connect.

Workspere rolls out AI hiring \'Smart Pick\' on Albamon after JobKorea

Albamon, run by Workspere, said on Monday it has launched Albamon Smart Pick, an AI-based hiring solution that recommends suitable job postings by predicting jobseekers’ likelihood of applying. The company said it is its first performance-based hiring product on Albamon, with budgets deducted only when a jobseeker clicks a posting. Employers set budgets directly, and remaining funds are refunded when listings end.

NineHire expands recruiting guidebook content, publishes generative AI guidebook

NineHire, an applicant tracking system provider, said on Oct. 15 it will publish a guidebook on using generative AI as part of its practical content for recruiters. The guidebook includes articles on hiring market trends, solutions for workplace use, topic-based recruiting guidebooks, an HR glossary and customer interviews. NineHire said its recruiting guidebook series has released 18 editions since 2022 and covers a range of hiring tasks.
