JobKorea, an AI and data-based HR tech platform operated by Worksphere, said on Tuesday it is stepping up service integration with Worksphere family brand JobPlanet.
The strategy is to link job postings on the two platforms and connect a job seeker’s process of exploring companies and applying in a single flow. JobKorea introduced a new service focused on convenience so job seekers do not have to move across multiple platforms to check company information and job postings. Under the paid service JobPlanet Plus, when a company registers a posting on JobKorea, the same posting is also displayed at the top of JobPlanet’s hiring tab.
Job seekers who visit JobPlanet to review company evaluations can also check JobKorea postings.
JobKorea plans to gradually expand service touchpoints among its family brands, starting with this integration. Worksphere has a recruitment ecosystem spanning full-time jobs (JobKorea), part-time jobs (Albamon), company reputation (JobPlanet) and a recruitment management solution (Ninehire). It aims to strengthen competitiveness as an HR tech group that covers the overall job-finding process by connecting the data and user experiences accumulated by each service.
A JobKorea official said, "Job seekers see learning about companies and finding jobs as a single process, but information was dispersed across services." The official said, "This service aims to ensure a single posting is discovered naturally within a job seeker’s exploration journey. We plan to continue strengthening organic connections between brands to build an environment where job seekers and companies can be matched more efficiently."
