AI- and data-based HR tech platform JobKorea is expanding shared-growth services centred on its in-house AI technology to reduce hiring burdens for small and micro businesses and support more efficient job matching.

To address mismatches in the hiring market, JobKorea has invested in developing its own AI solutions and focused on commercialising matching services connecting companies and job seekers. After starting development, it introduced its in-house generative AI solution, LOOP Ai, within 6 months. It then trained the system on JobKorea hiring data accumulated over 30 years to broaden its uses.

JobKorea said its AI Recommendation 2.0 service, which internalised a recommendation model for LOOP Ai, increased the number of job applications by about 40 percent within 4 months after an upgrade in September last year. JobKorea is also expanding the scope of its support for companies' hiring work by linking with NineHire, its applicant tracking system (ATS).

Albamon, which is operated by JobKorea, also launched an AI chatbot service called Alba Mumulbot.

Yoon Hyun-joon (윤현준), JobKorea's chief executive, said the company is continuing to advance matching between talent and jobs based on what he called industry-leading AI technology and data accumulated over 30 years, and is working to solve practical hiring problems. He said it will keep improving an AI-based recruiting experience that anyone can easily use in an environment where rolling recruitment has become routine, creating conditions in which companies can meet the talent they want when they want.
