Worksphere's recruitment management solution Ninehire said on Thursday it has upgraded large-scale recruitment operations features for companies that open multiple positions at once, such as public recruitment.
With the update, Ninehire is offering for free a new function that lets users pre-schedule application timelines by position. Users can set the start and end dates. Applications then open and close automatically at the designated times. Users can also request that JobKorea-linked postings be published and closed in line with the schedule.
In the position list, users can check at a glance whether applications are scheduled, open or closed, as well as the number of days remaining. Users can also close applications without ending a position. The company said it also increased the maximum number of process steps to 30 from 10 so hiring stages, including written tests, aptitude tests and interviews, can be configured to match each company's detailed procedures.
A new feature was also added that collects, with one click, only applicants received that day in 'Ninehire Connect'.
Seung-hyun Jung (정승현), head of Worksphere's ATS Business Office, said public recruitment and large-scale hiring involve many positions, and even a slight scheduling slip can inconvenience applicants. He said the update focuses on ensuring applications operate exactly on the announced schedule. He said the company will continue to upgrade public recruitment operation features and present a new ATS standard for large-scale hiring that both recruiters and applicants can trust.
