JobKorea and Albamon, operated by WorkSphere, won first place at the 2026 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards in the recruitment solution and part-time job hiring information categories, respectively, the company said on Tuesday.
The Brand Customer Loyalty Awards are hosted by the Korea Consumer Forum. They select the top brand in each category based on the BCLI (Brand Customer Loyalty Index), an evaluation index jointly developed with U.S. consulting firm Brand Keys.
This year’s evaluation consisted of an online survey in March, accounting for 50 percent, and one-on-one telephone surveys, also accounting for 50 percent, with about 400,000 consumers taking part. The company said the results, based on a seven-point scale across five items including brand trust, brand attachment, repurchase intention, intention to recommend to others and switching intention, showed both JobKorea (27.90) and Albamon (26.68) received the highest scores in the industry across all items.
Hyun-joon Yoon (윤현준), chief executive of WorkSphere, said it was “the result of trust sent by countless users, including job seekers and hiring companies”. He said it would build an integrated HR ecosystem spanning JobKorea and Albamon as well as JobPlanet and Ninehire to become a partner that shares all concerns related to “work”.
