Ninehire, a recruitment management solution provider, said on Tuesday it will operate an online channel called Ninehire Academy as part of efforts to help companies improve practical ATS capabilities.

The company said Ninehire Academy consists of a self-learning centre and an online training centre. The self-learning centre offers 13 pieces of content across four stages of onboarding, from basic ATS setup to applicant management.

Participants can study key functions on their own according to the required stage, including workspace setup, drafting and editing job postings, moving applicants between stages, using team chat and evaluation forms, and automating recruitment processes.

The online training centre runs live online training each month tailored to the target participants and demand by company. Recently it covered how to use ATS automation flows for corporate HR managers and core ATS function practice for interviewers and evaluators.

Ninehire also provides real-time one-on-one online training to companies on its enterprise plan. The training is provided free of charge once, and can be scheduled separately in line with each company's timetable.

A Ninehire official said the company analysed that, after adopting a recruitment management solution, how well functions are used in the field has had a significant impact on talent hiring performance by company. The official said it will continue to expand onboarding training courses so that all recruitment and HR staff can use Ninehire proficiently.
