Arthur Hayes says oil price rise could intensify Trump's anti-AI push, pressuring stocks and bitcoin

BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes (아서 헤이즈) said rising oil prices could spur Donald Trump to step up anti-AI rhetoric ahead of the U.S. presidential election, potentially hitting stocks, bank shares and bitcoin at the same time. He said markets are underestimating risks from Middle East tensions and energy prices. Hayes also said AI is absorbing liquidity through heavy borrowing and listed risks including higher energy costs, large IPO supply and Trump’s comments.

Analyst sees XRP hitting $10 in late 2026 to early 2027

An analysis said XRP could reach $10 between December 2026 and February 2027. Blockchain outlet The Crypto Basic reported that market analyst Celal Kucuker (셀랄 퀴쥐케르) presented the move as the most realistic scenario on the current XRP chart. He said sentiment has worsened during a broader market correction and XRP is down 38 percent year-to-date, but argued there is still room for a medium- to long-term rise to $10 even if near-term weakness persists.

XRP enters 'fair buy' zone as bill push and tokenisation growth highlight accumulation phase

XRP has entered a so-called “fair buy” range on short-term indicators, an analysis showed. On-chain analytics platform Santiment said XRP’s 30-day MVRV fell to minus 8 percent, leaving most investors who bought in the past month in the red. It said selling pressure has eased after heavy loss-taking. More than 200 crypto organisations are urging passage of a “Clarity” bill by July 4, 2026, while XRPL real-world asset tokenisation rose to $3.67 billion.
