[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Ninehire, a recruitment management solution on Worksphere's AI and data-based HR tech platform, said on Wednesday that adoption of its solution is increasing among companies hiring part-time and on-site workers.

The company said the number of part-time hiring firms that have adopted Ninehire has risen about 150 percent over the past 2 years. New adoption has been seen evenly across a range of industries that hire part-time workers on an ongoing basis, including food service franchises, cafes, laundry and rental, retail distribution, logistics, call centers, and dispatched outsourcing.

Ninehire provides various ATS features that automate part-time hiring and improve convenience. Through 'Ninehire Connect,' companies can collect and register one-click application data from major platforms such as Albamon, JobKorea and GameJob. Job seekers can apply easily using resumes registered on each platform, while companies can collect applicants from multiple channels at once on an admin page and manage them in an integrated way.

Ninehire plans to continue advancing its service, including introducing a two-way integration feature that links Albamon from posting job ads to collecting applicants in a single flow. It also plans to roll out, in stages, an AI document screening feature that analyzes even unstructured content in application documents to select suitable applicants, along with integrated posting and management features that allow companies to recruit and manage large numbers of workers at once.

Seung-hyun Jung (정승현), head of Worksphere's ATS business unit, said, "It is not that part-time hiring companies did not have demand for ATS, but simply that hiring platforms and corporate hiring management processes were not naturally connected." He added, "We will continue to advance features optimized for part-time hiring and create an environment in which companies can hire suitable applicants more quickly."
