Ninehire, a recruiting management solution under Worksphere, said on Tuesday it has launched an integration feature that automatically registers and consolidates applicants who apply through JobKorea’s “Instant Apply” in real time.
With the JobKorea instant-apply integration, when job seekers use Instant Apply on a JobKorea posting, the information is automatically registered in Ninehire in real time without a separate handover process. Key items in a JobKorea resume, including personal information, education and work experience, language skills and certificates, and self-introduction, are reflected in the ATS system as they are. Applicants registered through the integration can have tasks such as sending emails, assigning evaluation forms and coordinating interview schedules handled automatically through Ninehire’s automation features.
From a company’s perspective, Ninehire explained the biggest advantage is that it can simultaneously improve applicant acquisition and recruiting management efficiency. The company said the feature is part of Worksphere’s strategy to build an AI-based integrated HR ecosystem after its shift to a group structure, and is meaningful in that it strengthened synergy between JobKorea and Ninehire and linked recruitment from applicant sourcing to hiring management in a single flow.
Ninehire also offers “Ninehire Connect” for free, which brings together applicant information scattered across multiple recruiting platforms in one place.
Jeong Seung-hyun (정승현), head of Worksphere’s ATS business unit, said, “Reflecting companies’ concerns about increasing application rates, we introduced a new integration feature that connects everything seamlessly from Instant Apply submissions to hiring management.” He added, “Instant Apply will provide the smoothest single-channel connection, while Connect will integrate diverse channels, and we will continue building an innovative service that automatically links and manages applicants from any route.”
