JobKorea (operating company Workspere) said on Monday it shared performance results two years after integrating with hiring management solution Ninehire.

Since being acquired by JobKorea, Ninehire has shown growth in both monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and customer numbers. Two years after the integration, MRR rose 128 percent. It recorded upward growth for eight consecutive quarters.

The cumulative number of paid and free customer companies also more than doubled. JobKorea said inflows of new customer companies rose sharply after it introduced a free ATS plan last year.

The company said the share of customer companies that switched from rival services to Ninehire rose 170 percent in 2025 from the previous year.

JobKorea explained that expanding technology-based services that can create synergy with Ninehire, along with an integrated sales and marketing strategy, had a positive impact on the results. It added that assessments of its recently launched "Ninehire Connect" were also positive.

To drive growth, Ninehire is preparing to evolve into an "AI-based intelligence ATS". It plans to apply an AI agent that JobKorea is set to introduce within this year to Ninehire. It also plans to roll out new AI features that enable specialised analysis in sequence.

Seung-hyun Jeong (정승현), head of JobKorea's ATS Business Office, said, "Over the two years since the integration, we have grown into the most competitive ATS in Korea through the advancement of services based on our own technology and synergy from combining sales and marketing." He said, "As hiring is no longer an area that depends on intuition and experience but a field being advanced with data and technology, we will present a new industry paradigm with a next-generation ATS that combines AI going forward."
