Korea mobile carriers\' Q2 operating profit seen near 1.5 trillion won, AI data centers and B2B in focus
South Korea\'s three mobile carriers are expected to post mixed second-quarter results, with combined operating profit forecast at about 1.46 trillion won. SK Telecom and LG Uplus are seen extending earnings gains on wireless subscriber growth and AI infrastructure, including AI data centers. KT is expected to see operating profit fall sharply due to base effects from large property-related gains a year earlier. Analysts also point to AI data centers and B2B growth pace as key variables for the second half.

Nvidia RTX graphics cards may rise again as memory price hike rumours rattle PC industry
Nvidia RTX graphics card prices could rise again as reports suggest the company is pushing to raise prices for GDDR6 and GDDR7 memory kits used in its GPUs. The move is linked to a prolonged memory supply crunch that is lifting manufacturing costs across the PC industry. Any change has not been confirmed for consumers, but higher kit prices could push up production costs and retail prices. Similar pressure is also affecting other PC product categories.
