Hancom takes aim at global AI-native SaaS market, seeks differentiation through personalisation

Hancom set targets for overseas revenue to account for 40 percent in 2028 and 50 percent in 2030 as it moves into the global market with an AI-native SaaS product. The company introduced its cloud-based AI workforce platform, Nomadian, and outlined plans for a U.S. launch, beta service and a global commercial release. Hancom said Nomadian targets small businesses and solo entrepreneurs with role-based AI teams and personalisation.

KakaoGames to start second beta test of \'God Save Birmingham\' on Nov. 3

KakaoGames said on Wednesday it will hold a second beta test for open-world zombie survival simulator \'God Save Birmingham\' from Nov. 3 to 10. The test will be open to anyone via the game’s Steam store page. The new beta adds co-op play and a save function, along with more cooking options, craftable items and weapons. It also expands barricade and locking features for doors and windows.

Game industry expands playtests from early development

South Korean game companies are increasingly running playtests from early in development, using player data and feedback to adjust game structure and balance and then testing again. NC Publishing’s Time Takers is set for another Steam global playtest in November after tests in March and September. Similar approaches are being used for Line Games’ Code Exit and Krafton-published Project Zeta. Valve will hold Steam Next Fest from Oct. 20 to 27.
