NC said on Sunday it will hold a global playtest for Time Takers, a new time survival shooter developed by Mistil Games.
The playtest will run on global game platform Steam for 72 hours from 2 a.m. on Sept. 5 to 2 a.m. on Sept. 8. Users who complete an application on Steam's Time Takers store page can take part. The client can be pre-downloaded from Sept. 3.
NC said it applied changes to this test based on results from the first closed beta test (CBT) held in March. Key improvements include an overhaul of the upgrade system, changes to character appearance, support for a color vision deficiency mode, the addition of a training ground, tutorial updates, revisions to the Pod system, the matching method and balance improvements.
The company plans to check feedback from global users through this test and reflect it in future development.
An NC official said, "We improved the play experience based on user feedback since the last test." The official added, "We will continue to develop the game by reflecting users' opinions."
