KakaoGames said on Wednesday it will run a second beta test of open-world zombie survival simulator 'God Save Birmingham', which is being developed by Ocean Drive Studio, from Nov. 3 to 10.

Anyone can take part through the Steam store page.

The second beta adds co-op play and a save function. Users can survive with other players in a zombie apocalypse set in medieval Birmingham.

It also adds cooking methods, craftable items and weapons. The game varies aggressiveness and behavior patterns by zombie type and applies different warmth effects depending on clothing material.

It expands barricade installation and locking features for doors and windows, diversifying survival methods.

This test reflects feedback from more than 67,000 users who took part in a closed beta test in June and adjusts the game overall.

'God Save Birmingham' is a survival simulation game set in Birmingham, England, in the 14th century. Users will secure survival resources such as food and water, build shelters and respond to zombie attacks.

KakaoGames is preparing a release in Steam Early Access.
