Namu AX posts Q2 revenue of 35.4 billion won, up 96.7 percent

Namu AX said on Wednesday its second-quarter consolidated revenue rose 96.7 percent from a year earlier to 35.4 billion won and it posted an operating profit of 300 million won. It swung to an operating profit from an operating loss of 1.2 billion won a year earlier. First-half consolidated revenue climbed 106.3 percent to 72.4 billion won, and operating profit was 800 million won, reversing an operating loss of 1.9 billion won.

NHN Cloud completes verification of Tibero TAC, applies it to Daegu public cloud

NHN Cloud said on Aug. 13 it completed a proof of concept verifying the operational stability of TmaxTibero\'s Tibero Active Cluster (TAC) in a multi-hypervisor cloud environment and applied it to the Daegu public-private partnership (PPP) cloud. TAC is an active-active clustering high-availability solution. NHN Cloud said it applied SR-IOV to enable fast, stable communication between database servers and completed deployment at the National Information Resources Service Daegu Center in July.

Namu AX, iA Cloud team up on AI infrastructure platform business

Namu AX said on Wednesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with iA Cloud to cooperate on an integrated platform business covering AI infrastructure deployment, operations and services. The companies plan to link their core technologies around the NeoCube modular AI data centre platform and target the on-premises AI market in finance, the public sector and manufacturing. They also plan regular technical exchanges and joint customer development to expand the business at home and abroad.
