Cafe24 says biggest barrier to starting online business is execution, not lack of information
Cafe24 said the biggest barrier to starting an online business is not a lack of information but the difficulty of executing the process alone. The company released on June 8 an analysis of 551 consultations conducted over about five months since January at its offline PRO Community Center. The most common requests involved uncertainty about how to begin, followed by payment enrolment and verification, account and system setup, AI-based production and business certification paperwork.

K20 to produce FAST original \'Shine on in Seoul\'
K20, a global free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channel operator, said on May 11 it will produce the K-fashion and beauty reality programme \'Shine on in Seoul\'. The show follows foreign participants living in South Korea as they experience K-fashion and beauty. It is being filmed at locations including Seoul’s Dongdaemun Design Plaza and is being made for global airing in July.

JobKorea and Albamon say 65,000 apply for Dongdaemun Yeopgi Tteokbokki tasting intern event
JobKorea and Albamon, operated by WorkSpear, said on Thursday that an April Fool’s novelty job posting event run with Dongdaemun Yeopgi Tteokbokki attracted more than 65,000 applicants. The companies promoted large-scale virtual postings to recruit “YeopTteok tasting interns” and “YeopTteok tasting Albamon” workers, using a concept of hiring 2,000 people. They said the campaign set a record for applicants among their novelty posting events, with competition at about 33 to 1.
