K-battery industry targets mass production of all-solid-state batteries key to humanoids
South Korea\'s battery industry is ramping up a full-scale push from cell manufacturing to materials development with the goal of mass-producing all-solid-state batteries in 2027. The batteries are seen as a game-changer for humanoid robots, drones and other next-generation sectors, offering about 1,000 Wh/L energy density and higher safety than lithium-ion cells. Ant Group steps up push to popularise AI robots from lab to field
