Dlive to develop Gwangjang Market into \'K-food\' mecca, build local coexistence model
Dlive aims to develop Seoul\'s Gwangjang Market into a leading Korean tourism attraction and build a mid- to long-term local coexistence model. The company signed an agreement with the Jongno Gwangjang Traditional Market Merchants Federation and the K Tourism Council on June 8 to revitalise the market district and foster K-tourism content. The partners will plan regional events and turn the market’s food culture and local stories into content to strengthen its brand.

When people think of self-driving cars, Tesla or Waymo often come to mind, but the technology’s roots go back to the 1970s. One early test vehicle was developed in Japan in 1977 and drove using rooftop cameras. German research later achieved higher-speed autonomous runs and long-distance tests, including a 1995 Mercedes trip that was 95 percent self-driven at up to 180 kph. U.S. universities and DARPA competitions also pushed progress.

Korea Investment & Securities says retail financial product balances top 100 trillion won
Korea Investment & Securities said on May 20 that balances in financial products held by individual clients have surpassed 100 trillion won. It said the result reflects a product lineup focused on returns and its asset management services. Balances rose from 41.2 trillion won in 2022 to 85.07 trillion won in 2025 and exceeded 100 trillion won as of May. The firm also reported steady client inflows and rising new customer numbers.
