Broadcast Media Communications Commission releases 2024 TV broadcaster audience share

The Broadcast Media Communications Commission said on Sunday it released the 2024 viewing share calculation results for 166 television broadcasters at its third plenary meeting of 2026. The calculation covered broadcasters operating 285 channels with annual viewing records. KBS posted the highest share among terrestrial broadcasters at 20.862 percent. TV Chosun led comprehensive programming and news channels at 7.441 percent. CJ ENM recorded 11.092 percent.

BTS\' V draws attention in school uniform ad; Astro\'s Cha Eun-woo pays tax bill in full

In mid-April, entertainment news drew attention as BTS member V appeared in a youth-film-style coffee advertisement.
