South Korea\'s Broadcasting Media Communications Commission formed its sixth expert review panel to verify pay-TV subscriber numbers and market share. The panel will review the appropriateness of survey results before subscriber and market share figures are finalised every half year and will propose improvements to verification methods and procedures. The commission also approved revisions to related rules to take over oversight of certain emergency-management firms from the Ministry of Science and ICT. It approved disposal orders for 36 broadcast sanctions.
