MyRealTrip AICX wins ISO 27001 certification, steps up B2B push

AICX, a customer experience-focused unit of travel super app MyRealTrip, has obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its chatbot and callbot automation platform, it said on Aug. 26. The standard verifies strengthened information-security requirements suited to modern IT environments, including cloud security and data loss prevention. AICX said the certification allows it to respond to client security requirements in its B2B business with standard proof.

TTA launches push for international webtoon standards with Korea-led working group

The Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) is moving to international standardise webtoons and AI-based electronic publishing technology. TTA said it hosted the 52nd plenary meeting of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 34 in Seoul from Aug. 10 to 13, attended by about 25 experts from 10 countries. Delegates reviewed outcomes of a Korea-proposed webtoon ad hoc group and approved steps toward a new standards project. TTA also proposed two new items to apply AI to the EPUB e-book standard.

OpsNow wins international standards certification for cloud management platform

OpsNow, a company specialising in an AI-based multi-cloud management platform, said on Thursday it obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for an information security management system and ISO/IEC 27701:2025 certification for a privacy information management system. The company said its OpsNow platform provides cloud infrastructure resource management, multi-cloud cost optimisation, CSPM and AI-based operations automation. It said external audits confirmed its management systems meet international standards.
