OpsNow wins international standards certification for cloud management platform

OpsNow, a company specialising in an AI-based multi-cloud management platform, said on Thursday it obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for an information security management system. It also obtained ISO/IEC 27701:2025 certification for a privacy information management system based on the latest edition revised in October 2025.

The company said its cloud management platform, OpsNow, provides services ranging from cloud infrastructure resource management to multi-cloud cost optimisation, cloud security posture management (CSPM) and AI-based operations automation.

OpsNow stressed that the certifications confirmed through external audits that its management systems for developing and operating the platform, and its personal information management system as a personal information controller, meet international standard requirements.

It added that by securing an international standards-based management system demanded by major overseas customers in the United States, the European Union and Asia during due diligence, it has laid the groundwork to win customers overseas.

Jae-wook Lee (이재욱), head of product strategy at OpsNow, said a cloud management platform handles customers' infrastructure configuration, costs and settings data, so it needs a management system suited to that. He said the Korea Management Association Certification Institute confirmed that OpsNow's management system for developing and operating the platform meets international standard requirements.
