AICX, a customer experience (CX) specialist unit of travel super app MyRealTrip, said on Tuesday it has obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, an international standard for information security management systems.
ISO 27001 is an information security standard jointly established by the International Organization for Standardization and the International Electrotechnical Commission. It verifies strengthened security standards suited to the latest IT environments, including cloud security and data loss prevention (DLP).
The certification covered AICX's chatbot and callbot automation platform. The certifying body was Norway-based DNV.
AICX said it has received confirmation that its information security management system for the chatbot and callbot automation platform meets international standards. It said this enables it to respond to customer companies' security requirements in its B2B business with standard proof.
Founded in 2022, AICX has handled MyRealTrip's customer support and operational work. Based on figures compiled for the first half of this year, AI responds first to 80 percent of chat inquiries, and closes or registers 43 percent of phone inquiries through AI voice consultations.
From early this year, it expanded its B2B business to multiple industries including commerce and platforms. Through its in-house chatbot and callbot automation platform, AICX Agent, it provides outsourced customer support and service operations and also offers customer experience consulting.
Going forward, AICX plans to expand a customer experience model that combines AI technology with professional operations staff, while supporting AI transformation tailored to each company's characteristics on the premise of data security.
