Devsisters executives to go unpaid, launch voluntary redundancy programme companywide

Devsisters is launching a sweeping management overhaul that includes unpaid management by its CEO and board co-chairs and a companywide voluntary redundancy programme, as it seeks to overcome internal and external challenges including deteriorating performance. The company will freeze hiring for non-essential roles, redeploy staff internally and set up a cost-control task force. It will review its game and IP portfolio with profitability as the top priority and introduce AI-based systems across most work areas.
