Devsisters will expand intellectual property (IP) experiences based on the trading card game (TCG) "CookieRun: Braverse Card Game" (CookieRun Card Game) to the immersive game and creation platform Roblox.

On Wednesday, Devsisters said it plans to introduce a tentative title, "Roblox CookieRun Card Game," within this year as it moves to expand its platform and IP ecosystem.

The CookieRun Card Game has shown its popularity and business scalability, centring on the North American market it entered last July, after securing distribution contracts for more than 50 million cards in global markets in 2025 alone.

According to the company, the Roblox CookieRun Card Game offers a different experience. Players can roam freely through a 3D environment, collect cards, bake cards using an oven, and spend time with cookie pets they create using those cards as materials.

The project will be jointly developed with Versework, described as Asia's largest user-generated content (UGC) developer.

Ahead of a full-scale global launch, key executives from Roblox headquarters and its South Korea unit, including Justin Sousa, head of Roblox's global developer community, visited Devsisters' headquarters last month. The two companies shared project plans, development progress and play experience, and exchanged views on expanding their platform and IP ecosystems.

Roblox conveyed strong expectations for what it called an ideal cooperation structure that shares fan bases and expands users by bringing together the two worlds of CookieRun and Roblox, as well as for a TCG project with what it described as a rare genre value within Roblox.

Devsisters will also unveil the Roblox CookieRun Card Game for the first time through its online showcase "DevNow" scheduled for late March.
