WhaTap Labs expands observability platform with integrated GPU, LLM and AI operations strategy

South Korean observability firm WhaTap Labs on Monday held an \"LLM Observability Media Day\" and announced an integrated strategy covering GPU, LLM and AI operations. The company unveiled a full-stack roadmap linking GPU monitoring, LLM observability and AI-based autonomous operations. After declaring an \"AI-native observability\" vision last year and launching GPU monitoring, it formally released LLM observability functions at the event.

Cisco unveils Cloud Control to integrate AI agent operations and security

Cisco unveiled its integrated operations platform, Cisco Cloud Control, and a suite of security products as AI agents spread inside companies. Announced at the Cisco Live event in Las Vegas, the platform combines network, security, observability, infrastructure and collaboration management in a single operating environment. Cisco also introduced Cloud Control Studio and Cisco AI Canvas. In security, it unveiled Live Protect and strengthened AI agent governance with DefenseClaw and other features, adding Splunk enhancements and pledging quantum-safe support across much of its portfolio by end-2026.

Qualcomm supplies Snapdragon X2 for Samsung Galaxy Book6 Edge

Qualcomm is supplying its latest processor to a Samsung Electronics laptop as it targets the AI PC market. Qualcomm Technologies said on Sunday that Samsung’s new Galaxy Book6 Edge includes the next-generation Snapdragon X2 Elite processor. The chip is designed around a third-generation Qualcomm Oryon CPU and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU, supporting 80 TOPS of AI performance. The laptop offers on-device AI features and has a 1.55 kg, 12.3 mm design with up to 22 hours of video playback.
