[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Many companies are investing heavily in agentic AI that automates some work processes with AI, but many assessments say results are falling short of expectations.
On this, the tech industry points out that introducing agentic AI without control and operational capabilities could instead cause confusion. It says that in an environment where hundreds of AI SaaS applications and custom agents are operated at the same time, a multi-agent setup without a control system can lead to serious disorder.
That is why the industry says the role of an enterprise AI orchestrator, with a deep understanding of industry, solutions and technology, is essential.
Against this backdrop, a conference will be held to share strategies that help companies effectively introduce and operate agentic AI.
DigitalToday will hold the Digital Insight 2026 conference on Sept. 29 at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul, and present global trends and success strategies for agentic AX.
At the conference, company experts working in the AI field will appear in person to share market trends and use cases.
Han-soo Kim (김한수), a managing director at MegazoneCloud, will present a strategy for building sustainable enterprise agentic AI.
MegazoneCloud recently launched its enterprise AI OS, AIR Studio V2, designed to enable integrated management of the entire process from AI build to execution and control.
According to the company, AIR Studio V2 consists of three core elements: Studio, AI Assistant and Admin Console. Studio converts internal corporate data into knowledge assets that AI can use immediately. It also supports building workflows directly through AI agent creation and orchestration with existing systems. AI Assistant is an agent-based work execution module that understands and executes complex user work requests in natural language. Admin Console is an integrated management console that supports company-wide control of overall generative AI operations. Combining these functions, AIR Studio serves as a control tower that centrally integrates and manages security, costs and policies for AI operations based on TRUST, an AI governance framework.
Agentic AI is also an issue in the financial sector. At the event, Woo-seop Lee (이우섭), deputy general manager of Hana Bank's Digital Strategy Business Department, is set to share AI cases and trends in the financial sector.
Tae-yoon Kim (김태윤), vice president in charge at SK Telecom, will share the latest trends in agentic AI and a strategy for an agentic AI ecosystem based on A.X K2, developed through its proprietary AI foundation model project, Dokpamo.
Ki-dong Kim (김기동), a team leader at data company Encore, will present an ontology-based AI-ready data strategy that enables AI to work properly.
Ju-bong Yoo (유주봉), AX excellence leader at integrated leisure, travel and culture company NOL Universe, will share the company's AX transformation experience under the theme, "Change that began out of sight, NOL Universe's AX transformation period." Woo-seop Lee, deputy general manager of Hana Bank's Digital Strategy Business Department, will present AI cases and trends in the financial sector.
