[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Dell Technologies said on Wednesday it has unveiled new deskside agentic AI solutions and purpose-built AI infrastructure solutions as part of strengthening its NVIDIA-based Dell AI Factory.
Dell Technologies is newly introducing a reference template called Dell Deskside Agentic AI Solutions for NVIDIA.
Each blueprint lays out in detail the hardware, AI models and software stack needed to implement various agentic AI use cases. The use cases include agentic coding, agentic VSS, NVIDIA NemoClaw, Agent on NemoClaw and an AI lab platform for higher education.
The company said this will allow agentic AI to scale from small deployments for some developers to enterprise-wide systems of 1,000 or more systems.
Dell Technologies is also expanding its Dell Deskside Agentic AI hardware lineup. Dell Pro Precision with GB10 for individual developers and small teams is set to launch with a 64GB unified memory configuration.
The systems can be connected in clusters of 2 or 4. This allows users to run larger models, use more AI agents and handle complex AI workflows.
Dell Pro Precision with GB300 will be released in a Windows version, enabling companies to use up to 748GB of coherent memory and 20 petaflops of computing performance on the desktop, based on FP4, within Windows environments they already manage.
Dell Technologies is introducing a new platform that provides high-density and high-efficiency computing performance to help expand AI operations reliably, given rising AI workloads including agentic AI. The new solution expands AI infrastructure capacity while providing flexibility and performance to address growing token demand and costs.
Based on experience accumulated in modular data centers, Dell provides an AI infrastructure foundation through modular data centers that apply the NVIDIA DSX POD reference design. The containerised Dell AI Factory includes computing, storage and networking, as well as rack-level power delivery and liquid cooling systems.
Running CPU-based agentic AI: The Dell PowerEdge M9882 server houses 256 NVIDIA Vera CPUs in a single 48U rack. The M9882 server is designed to work with GPU servers to handle orchestration, tool use, code execution and evaluation for agentic AI workloads.
Michael Dell (마이클 델), chairman and CEO of Dell Technologies, said, "As AI infrastructure becomes an indicator that determines growth, productivity and competitive advantage, companies are expanding and reshaping related budgets. Dell Technologies is working with NVIDIA to help companies develop agentic AI from the experimentation stage to the stage of creating tangible results on infrastructure they own and manage."
Jensen Huang (젠슨 황), CEO of NVIDIA, said, "AI agents reason, use tools and learn. This requires a new form of computing environment. Dell and NVIDIA are building together the computing foundation needed for the AI era, from desktops to data centers, and support the safe development and operation of AI agents."
