MegaZoneCloud partners with Taejae University on AI-based future education

MegaZoneCloud said on Wednesday it will cooperate with Taejae University to drive future-oriented digital education innovation and nurture global talent for the AI era. The two sides plan to build next-generation AI and cloud-based digital education infrastructure and create a learner-centred personalised AI learning ecosystem. They also aim to run practical AI and cloud projects and training programmes for students, link overseas education and industry through global networks, and pursue joint research and future education models based on the latest AI technologies.

Govt partners with Shinhan Financial Group to boost AI skills of digitally vulnerable groups

South Korea\'s government will work with Shinhan Financial Group to improve AI and digital skills among digitally vulnerable people and strengthen education to prevent financial fraud such as smishing and deepfakes. The Ministry of Science and ICT signed a memorandum of understanding with the group in Seoul to expand training infrastructure, train specialist instructors and develop content by proficiency level. Shinhan will support using unused spaces as training sites and provide financial safety content.

Shinhan Bank expands youth AI and digital education, signs deal with Yonsei University and others

Shinhan Bank provided training for 80 middle school students on planning and producing video content using artificial intelligence, with participants creating one-minute public campaign videos on environmental and social issues and presenting them in a hackathon. The bank said it concluded the fifth Shinhan AI Creator Camp, held from July 30 to Aug. 1 at Yonsei University’s Sinchon campus. It also signed a four-way agreement with Yonsei University and three partners to expand AI and digital education and research programmes.
