Kwon Young-beom says hierarchical command-driven structure makes organisational innovation hard in AI era

Enterprise solutions firm Younglimwon Softlab on April 15 held a “2026 Corporate Culture Innovation Seminar” in Seoul under the theme of whether companies can survive without asking questions in the AI era. About 120 corporate officials attended. Chief Executive Kwon Young-beom said companies still rely on hierarchical, command-driven operations and that such structures make creativity and innovation difficult. He proposed autonomy and trust-based organisational design and introduced three mobile solutions.

Younglimwon Softlab completes KM Healthcare ERP rollout

Younglimwon Softlab said on Wednesday it has completed an ERP implementation project for infection-control medical supplies company KM Healthcare. The project integrated separately run logistics, accounting and production systems using Younglimwon Softlab’s K-System Ace and connected enterprise data from overseas contract manufacturing management to manufacturing cost calculation. The company said it built an integrated environment covering a Myanmar plant and domestic production and logistics operations.

Younglimwon SoftLab completes ERP rollout for aluminium smelter Poongjeon Bicheol

Younglimwon SoftLab said on April 7 it completed an ERP implementation project for Poongjeon Bicheol, an aluminium smelting and alloy manufacturer. Poongjeon Bicheol introduced Younglimwon SoftLab\'s K-System Ace to connect companywide functions including management, sales, procurement, production, HR and finance on one system. The project unified data standards and reorganised processes, applied a cost system reflecting by-products and enabled decision-making using real-time management information.
