Enterprise solution company Younglimwon SoftLab said on Tuesday it completed an integrated ERP 구축 project led by partner BNI and pig feed compounder Naram.

The project began in December 2025 and ran for about 8 months through a completion briefing in August 2026.

With business growth and an expanding management scope, Naram 추진 an integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) build to link data across manufacturing, logistics and accounting and to systematise key tasks such as consigned inventory and imported raw materials management. The project integrated data from its separately run manufacturing execution system (MES) and logistics and accounting systems. It focused on managing enterprise-wide data in a single system, from imported raw materials management to accounting voucher processing.

It also built a cloud server environment to improve information access so sales staff, customers and partners can check order, shipment, receivables and sales information from outside based on their access rights.

Younglimwon SoftLab said it implemented functions including automated management of consigned inventory at port and transfer warehouses, integrated management of import progress information such as bills of lading (B/L), import declaration certificates and import costs, cost linkage for raw materials not yet arrived, automated expense voucher processing through linkage of bank branch and corporate card data, the introduction of groupware-linked electronic approvals, and a structured closing process based on linked logistics and accounting data.

After linking Daou Tech groupware and the ERP system to introduce electronic approvals, it reduced the number of approvals handled with paper documents to about one-tenth of the previous level.

Younglimwon SoftLab and BNI plan to support future maintenance and system stabilisation and to continue upgrading the system in line with changes in Naram's work.

Naram Vice President Yun-seok Hwang (황윤석) said, "Through this project, we connected scattered management data into one and laid the foundation for data-based decision-making." He added, "We plan to further advance a data-driven operating system centred on the ERP."
