Younglimwon Softlab, an enterprise solution company, said on Sept. 1 it will work with Shinhan Bank to discount monthly fees for its SystemEver Nonprofit service by 100,000 won a month for six months for new customers, to support digital transformation and improve accounting efficiency at public-interest foundations.

The promotion is offered to public-interest foundations that meet all three conditions: newly subscribing to Younglimwon Softlab's cloud ERP for nonprofits, SystemEver Nonprofit; newly opening a Shinhan Bank dedicated account for public-interest foundations or converting an existing account; and newly signing up for the Shinhan Bank Bank In platform.

Eligible public-interest foundations will be offered ERP fee discounts of up to a total of 600,000 won, with 100,000 won per month for six months, on a first-come, first-served basis.

The company said public-interest foundations must handle a range of tasks including double-entry bookkeeping settlements and National Tax Service settlement disclosures, reporting on contributed assets, and managing donations and dedicated accounts. It said demand is rising to manage accounting and financial work in an integrated system because many foundations handle multiple tasks at once with limited staff.

SystemEver Nonprofit is a cloud ERP that reflects accounting standards for public-interest foundations and the work characteristics of nonprofit institutions. It supports integrated operations of key accounting and tax work for public-interest foundations, including accounting processing and the management of donations and dedicated accounts.

The Shinhan Bank Bank In platform is a service that allows corporate customers to handle financial tasks in their ERP without accessing a separate cash management system or corporate banking. It enables users to carry out key financial work in SystemEver Nonprofit, including account inquiries, fund transfers and payroll transfers, and there are no linkage fees, subscription fees or monthly fees.

Shinhan Bank fully waives internet banking, mobile banking and phone banking transfer fees, and Shinhan Bank CD and ATM withdrawal fees for public-interest foundations that open a deposit and withdrawal account and meet certain conditions.
