Younglimwon Softlab launches AI-based onboarding service EverWelcoming, expands HR platform

Enterprise solution provider Younglimwon Softlab said on Monday it has launched EverWelcoming, an AI-based onboarding service designed to help new hires adapt quickly to an organisation and help HR staff improve work efficiency.

The company said EverWelcoming is an AI-based onboarding service that supports the full process needed from pre-employment preparation to early adjustment, all within a single mobile environment.

New hires can check company information, organisational culture, internal rules and work guides. They can also submit employment documents and carry out onboarding-related missions. Administrators can check each individual’s submission status and progress in real time.

EverWelcoming supports companies in turning organisational culture materials, internal rules, welfare programmes and work guides into content for new hires through an AI content builder. The company stressed that it can produce needed content based on existing documents, reducing preparation burdens for HR staff and enabling the company’s vision and systems to be communicated in a unified format and content.

It provides functions including employment document submission, step-by-step mission and to-do management, progress tracking and FAQs, enabling early employment procedures to be run systematically.

With the launch of EverWelcoming, Younglimwon Softlab expanded the service scope of its cloud HR platform EverIn. EverIn comprises EverWelcoming as well as attendance management EverTime, payroll management EverPayroll, personnel evaluation EverEvaluation and collaboration solution EverWorks.

The company stressed that businesses can use HR information generated during the hiring process across attendance, payroll, evaluation and collaboration solutions to run HR management tasks more efficiently. It added that linking with EverTime allows attendance and PC-OFF policies to be applied from the early stage of employment, reducing repeated entry of the same HR information across multiple systems.

Lim Seung-hwan (임승환), executive director of Younglimwon Softlab’s BPO Platform Business Unit, said hiring does not end with selecting good talent but is completed when new hires adapt stably to the organisation and their work. He said the company will reduce repetitive tasks for HR staff through EverWelcoming and provide new hires with a systematic and consistent onboarding experience.
