Will Apple\'s Siri overhaul include automatic deletion of conversations?
Apple may include an automatic conversation deletion feature in an updated version of Siri it is set to unveil at its Worldwide Developers Conference in June. TechCrunch reported that Apple is likely to make privacy protection a central message in the overhaul, with executives expected to stress a more privacy-friendly approach than other AI companies. The new Siri could also be released as a standalone app based on Google Gemini.

Google is integrating Gemini across the Android platform and expanding it into an AI operating layer spanning smartphones, browsers, cars and laptops, CNBC reported. Ahead of its annual I/O developer conference starting May 19, Google previewed AI app automation, Chrome improvements for Android, creator tools, an Android Auto overhaul and new security features. Gemini Intelligence can understand on-screen content and complete tasks across apps with user approval before transactions.
