Toss Place, Toss\'s payment terminal and POS subsidiary, is partnering with Bizplay to expand payment options for local love vouchers and jointly develop corporate expense management services. The companies signed a strategic agreement to combine Bizplay\'s operating experience in local voucher programmes with Toss Place\'s offline payment infrastructure. They will first support Bizplay-operated vouchers on Toss Place\'s Toss Front terminals and plan to expand a model used for Seoul Pay to other regions.

Viva Republica, the operator of South Korean fintech platform Toss, will introduce its facial-payment service, Facepay, at Mexicana chicken franchise stores nationwide. Toss said on July 31 it signed a business agreement with Mexicana and will roll out Facepay sequentially at about 700 outlets. The companies will install Toss Front payment terminals and expand face-authentication payments, with installations proceeding in application order.
