KT reveals AX collaboration results with AI startups at K-PATH 2026

KT held K-PATH 2026 in Seoul on Monday and disclosed major artificial intelligence transition (AX) collaboration cases with AI startups. About 200 people attended, including past K-PATH selected companies and representatives from ministries and industry. KT said it has worked with 56 startups since 2024 through the programme. It introduced physical AI and agentic AI projects and also presented support measures, including guidance on programmes from AWS and Google Cloud.

Baemin picked as K-GX signature project for green delivery ecosystem

Woowa Brothers, operator of Baedal Minjok, said on Wednesday its project to build a platform-based green delivery ecosystem was selected as a signature project under the government’s Korean-style green transformation strategy, K-GX. The company said Baemin was the only IT platform firm chosen. It cited joint pilot programmes with government agencies and local governments for electric delivery motorcycles, including battery swap stations, free rentals and incentives per delivery.

Sh Suhyup Bank delivers marine environment fund linked to deposits and savings

Sh Suhyup Bank has delivered to the Korea Marine Environment Corp a fund raised through its \'Sh Marine Plastic Zero!\' deposits and savings products and will continue cooperation to preserve the marine environment. The bank said it signed a business agreement with the agency on Sept. 10 at its headquarters in Seoul to support marine conservation and reduce marine plastic. The agency uses the support for related projects.
