BTS is nearing a comeback performance in Gwanghwamun. As ENA drama Climax, starring Ha Ji-won and Ju Ji-hoon, draws public attention, former 2NE1 member Sandara Park previewed a solo album, raising fans’ anticipation.
An incident involving Go Youn-jung at a Chanel fashion show in Paris also drew attention, while fans’ expectations are high for NCT member Yuta’s acting shift.
As ZEROBASEONE, formed through Mnet audition programme Boys Planet, wrapped its finale concert, news that some members will redebut drew the spotlight.
· 'Climax' Ju Ji-hoon delivers again, driving up buzz and ratings
Actor Ju Ji-hoon is driving both buzz and rising ratings for the drama Climax with a fully formed screen presence.
Ju plays Bang Tae-seop in ENA drama Climax, a Doberman prosecutor from a poor background. Bang is an ambitious character who seeks power. He aims to enter the centre of power by marrying top actress Chu Sang-a, played by Ha Ji-won, after rising to the highest position with a desire for something greater.
In episodes aired on March 16 to 17, Bang’s past and present were depicted at a fast pace. Ju convincingly portrayed the arc of a character who starts with nothing and grows into a star prosecutor within a short time. He also skillfully pulled off singing and dancing rarely seen in his previous works, giving a three-dimensional portrayal of a character’s desire for power forged through a hard life. Even amid a desire to reach the top, his gaze toward his wife Chu revealed a strong emotional line, adding depth to the character.
Even before airing, Climax drew attention after ranking sixth in the TV drama category in the second-week-of-March buzz survey released by Good Data Corporation’s FUNdex.
The rise has continued after broadcast. Episode 1 recorded a nationwide paid household rating of 2.9, the second-highest first-episode rating among ENA dramas, according to ratings tracker Nielsen Korea. Episode 2 rose to 3.8. It also ranked No. 1 in 'Today’s Top 10 Series in Korea' immediately after its release on Disney+, underscoring its buzz.

Sandara also said, "It is a solo album. It is a genre I have not tried before," drawing broad interest.
Sandara recently drew public attention over Park Bom’s false exposé. Park posted a handwritten letter on her Instagram aimed at Sandara, triggering major controversy. Sandara said, "I have not used drugs, and I hope she (Park Bom) gets healthy." She was later reported to have unfollowed Park’s social media account, prompting speculation of discord within the team.

Go recently attended Chanel’s 2026 to 2027 fall-winter collection show in Paris. After the show, videos showing her leaving were posted on social media and online communities.
In the video, Go appears wearing a white-toned Chanel tweed two-piece. But she was seen wrapped in a long white blanket over her short skirt and going down stairs with help from a security guard, drawing attention.
After a staff member told her, "You cannot take the blanket," Go took it off and continued on her way. Some said her quirky charm stood out, while others said it was not professional at an event she attended as a luxury brand ambassador.
