LG Uplus bets on Ixio differentiation from calls to physical AI

LG Uplus is expanding the scope of its AI agent Ixio from call support to broader daily-life services such as search, scheduling and roaming, while exploring links to physical AI. The company aims to develop Ixio into an ambient AI that connects devices and spaces through voice.
