KT CEO Park Yoon-young (박윤영) said the company will create an environment in which no one is excluded from using AI through its \'AI for Everyone\' initiative. He said KT plans to develop everyday-life-focused AI that solves practical problems and reaches offline sites. Park outlined goals for the KT consortium, including enabling all citizens to use well-built AI without exclusion, and improving service speed, accuracy and stability through a multi-model structure and a \'token factory\'.

XRP Ledger (XRPL) is pursuing an upgrade to move multisignature transaction approvals on-chain. The proposal, called On-Chain Cosigner, was submitted to the XRP Ledger Standards repository. If adopted, signers could complete approvals within XRPL without external communications or a central coordinator. The change aims to address coordination risks in the current off-chain process and is designed to support enterprise and institutional needs, including batch transactions, fee and reserve sponsorship, and future lending protocol operations.
