Orbital targets 2028 first launch for space AI data centre vision

Orbital, a startup aiming to build artificial intelligence data centres in space, has raised $5 million in seed funding. Governments stockpile Nvidia chips as sovereign AI emerges as new growth driver

Nvidia could use growing government investment in sovereign AI to reduce its reliance on large cloud companies, an analysis said.
