Flex, an HR data-based AI platform, said on Oct. 21 it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Microsoft Korea to support AI transformation (AX) at South Korean companies.
The two companies agreed to cooperate along three main tracks: joint sales for domestic corporate customers, integration of Flex with Microsoft products and technologies, and reviewing mutual solution adoption (Customer Zero).
Flex will target large and mid-sized companies while also supporting expansion of the Copilot ecosystem.
In the large and mid-sized company market, the companies plan to set up a joint value proposition, select target customers and build a sales support system. They plan to propose Flex together to companies using Microsoft 365 Copilot. They will also seek a cooperation model that enables more companies to use Copilot for work, based on links between Flex and Microsoft Copilot and Work IQ.
The two companies will also review Customer Zero to confirm the potential value and applicability of each company's solution. Flex will review applying Microsoft 365 and the AI infrastructure-focused Microsoft Azure in its own environment, and strengthen cooperation by using the experience gained there in customers' businesses.
Flex CEO Hae-nam Jang (장해남) said, "As Copilot evolves into an agent that works on its own, it becomes important to properly understand relationships and context among organisations and members." He added, "Together with Microsoft, Flex will present a standard for enterprise AI in the enterprise market as well."
