Google expands budget AI plans as AI Plus counters ChatGPT Go
Google is launching its $7.99-a-month Google AI Plus plan in all markets, including the United States, TechCrunch reported on Jan. 27. The plan includes Gemini 3 Pro, Nano Banana Pro, Flow AI film-making tools and NotebookLM research support, along with 200GB of storage and sharing for up to five family members. Existing 2TB Google One Premium subscribers get AI Plus automatically. India pricing is 399 rupees, and new users get a two-month 50 percent discount.

Institutions say bitcoin still undervalued after 30 percent drop
Bitcoin has fallen about 30 percent since a major market crash in October, but most institutional investors see the current price range as undervalued, a Coinbase survey showed. Seventy percent of institutions said bitcoin is undervalued between $85,000 and $95,000, with only 4 percent calling it overvalued. Safe-haven demand has strengthened, with gold hitting record highs and silver doubling since October.

Canary Capital CEO Steven McClurg said XRP could move differently from bitcoin, but likely only with low double-digit gains.
