KakaoBank said on Thursday it has opened its official blog, "KakaoBank answer," which brings financial information together in one place.
The blog will offer a series of topics related to everyday finance, including real estate, taxes and investing. Through content such as "Finance Wiki" and "Ask Me Anything About the Economy," it will explain financial terms and economic concepts in an easy-to-understand way. It will also introduce how to use its services through "Using KakaoBank Well."
It also includes content on various topics, such as "Future Currency," which covers digital assets including stablecoins, and "The Economics of Dating," which looks at daily life from an economic perspective.
KakaoBank also operates official channels such as YouTube and Instagram, expanding content-based customer engagement beyond the blog.
A KakaoBank official said, "We created the blog to expand customer touchpoints through various channels and improve accessibility to financial content." The official added, "We plan to continue providing useful financial information in the future."
