Juiced launches dual-battery electric bike, says it can travel up to 200 km per charge

Juiced has officially launched the dual-battery Scrambler Hardtail long-range electric bicycle. The company says it can deliver up to 120 miles, about 200 km, under ideal conditions. The bike adds a second battery to raise total capacity to 38.4Ah and 1,996Wh, while keeping the same rear hub motor with 1,764W peak output. Priced at $1,999, it is being sold with a $245 discount and comes with accessories.

Segway unveils new MAX G3 Plus electric scooter, targets safety and range

Segway has unveiled the MAX G3 Plus, a new premium commuter electric scooter in its MAX series, with a 717Wh battery and a stated range of up to 56 miles in low-power mode. The company also changed how it calculates range to better reflect real-world riding, using a performance-based threshold. The model adds rear turn signals, updated braking and comfort upgrades, and will go on sale in the United States from Aug. 25.

State Bicycle launches Ti Track titanium fixed-gear track bike under $1,600

State Bicycle has launched the Ti Track, a titanium fixed-gear track bike priced at under $1,600. The frameset starts at $999.99 and the complete bike at $1,599.99. The company said it uses Grade 9 titanium for main tubes and stronger Grade 5 titanium for dropouts and key areas. The bike supports tyres up to 38c, internal cable routing and front and rear rim brakes.
