Harley-Davidson has unveiled the CVO Street Glide ST and CVO Road Glide ST, new models in its 2026 CVO lineup that combine bagger racing technology with modern design.

According to mobility outlet Bike EXIF on Thursday, the models keep the existing CVO philosophy while targeting riders who value both performance and style. They feature specifications that emphasise an aggressive, youthful sensibility.

The two models come with batwing and shark-nose fairings, respectively. They also use forged carbon components and high-performance suspension to boost both riding performance and style. Technology gained from bagger racing is applied to road riding, delivering a slimmer and more agile ride than existing CVO models.

Both models are powered by the Milwaukee-Eight 122 engine, producing up to 127 horsepower and 197 Nm of torque. A high-flow air intake system, a washable filter and an exhaust layout that merges two pipes into one before splitting back into two are designed to deliver strong engine performance efficiently.

The CVO ST models apply race-based suspension, including an adjustable 47 mm inverted front fork and piggyback rear shocks, allowing riders to choose ride comfort and handling characteristics as desired.

They also strengthen stability and convenience. Front brakes with twin floating rotors and four-piston Brembo calipers provide strong stopping power, while thin footboards, an aggressive handlebar and a front windscreen maximise riding enjoyment on the road. A forged carbon front fender and tank centre strip bring out a modern muscle-car feel, and all three colour options use a red windscreen and Fast Johnnie decals to create a cohesive, youthful and sporty atmosphere.

The models retain strengths in convenience and technology. A USB-C charging port, an Apple CarPlay-compatible display, switchable rider modes and a new track mode are provided as standard, while a new seat inspired by bagger racing and a forged carbon tail cowl further enhance the riding experience. These design and performance elements combine to deliver a sportier, more modern feel than existing CVO models.

A Harley-Davidson official said the CVO Street Glide ST and Road Glide ST are not simply custom bikes but models that allow an integrated experience of performance, design and technology. The official said riders will be able to feel a new sensation as inspiration from bagger racing has been brought to the road. The two models will be produced in limited numbers and sold sequentially through dealers worldwide.

Experts assess the CVO ST lineup as offering higher value for performance than existing models. They expect it to help target younger riders and strengthen brand competitiveness.

Based on these assessments, the 2026 CVO Street Glide ST and CVO Road Glide ST are analysed as strategic models that combine traditional CVO premium characteristics with bagger racing technology and modern design. They are seen as aiming at two goals at once: securing younger riders and strengthening brand competitiveness while setting a new standard in the premium motorcycle market.
