KT runs Family Month offers on Family Box, Y Box and KT.com
KT is running customer benefit programmes for May, designated as Family Month. Its KT Family Box app will hold a quiz event for three weeks from May 4, offering hotel stays, dining vouchers, theme park tickets and mobile coupons. The app also provides partner discount coupons in food, health and daily life categories. KT is also offering rewards and bonus data for customers reusing family phones, and events for Y customers aged 20 to 34 on the Y Box app. KT.com is running promotions for activation customers, including handset discount coupons and prize draws.

KT steps up everyday membership perks from food and drinks to daily necessities
KT said on Tuesday it has prepared an \"April customer rewards programme\" and \"Daldal Benefits\" tailored to customers\' spending patterns. From April 16, it will offer either a 50 percent discount at Baskin Robbins or a 6,000 won discount at its Shopping Lounge commerce service. Daldal Benefits will run from April 15 to 30 and includes Choice and Special offers across multiple partner brands.

Pulmuone is accelerating its digital transformation through an app overhaul and broader use of artificial intelligence across operations. The company plans to appoint a new outside director with digital strategy experience at its regular shareholders meeting on March 31. Pulmuone has set up an AX innovation office and carried out executive reshuffles to expand AI use group-wide. It is also applying AI to product development, customer review analysis and meal demand forecasting.
