KT said on April 15 it has prepared an "April customer rewards programme" and "Daldal Benefits" made up of various offers tailored to customers' spending patterns.
From April 16, KT will offer customers one of two options as part of the rewards programme: a 50 percent discount at Baskin Robbins or a 6,000 won discount at Shopping Lounge. At Baskin Robbins, customers can get up to 5,000 won off, buying a pint size for 4,900 won. Shopping Lounge is a dedicated commerce service that offers everyday items at membership benefit prices. Shipping is free for all products and the service is available through the KT Membership app.
Daldal Benefits runs from April 15 to 30. "Daldal Choice", where customers select and use one benefit, includes offers from brands with high customer preference such as Tous Les Jours, Mega MGC Coffee, Ediya Coffee, Papa John's Pizza, Baedal Minjok X Yogurt World, Downtowner and Lotte Cinema. The Tous Les Jours offer extends the usage period to May 15 in consideration of demand for Family Month.
"Daldal Special", which can be used in combination, expanded its range of benefits. It offers perks across a range of partner brands including Lotte Mart Zeta, Lotte World Adventure, Amore Mall, Pulmuone, KT Alpha Shopping, Crocs, Lotte Duty Free, Agoda, Lotte Rent-a-Car and Speedmate.
Kang Yi-hwan (강이환), head of KT's Customer Service Division and an executive director, said KT Membership designs its benefits around brands customers often seek out and essential areas of daily life. He said the April customer rewards programme is built around frequently used benefits such as food and drinks and daily necessities, strengthening value that customers can feel.
