LG CNS, Kurly to cooperate on humanoid robot trials at logistics centres
LG CNS said on May 18 it signed a memorandum of understanding with e-commerce company Kurly to cooperate on a humanoid robot proof-of-concept and logistics automation projects to advance smart logistics centres. The companies plan to verify on-site suitability of humanoid robots at Kurly facilities, develop intelligent logistics solutions and seek new business opportunities. LG CNS unveils \'Physicalworks\' RX platform, says it will build robot-led operating system
LG CNS unveiled its robot transformation (RX) platform brand, Physicalworks, integrating robot training and operations. At an RX media day in Seoul, CEO Shin Kyun-hyun (현신균) said the company would combine full-stack capabilities from training to deployment and operations to set a new standard for commercialising physical AI. The platform supports the full robot lifecycle and consists of Forge for training and Baton for operations and monitoring.
