After OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent tool, drew attention early this year, big tech companies accelerated moves toward similar AI agents. Meta is developing a personalised AI assistant that handles users' everyday tasks. Google is developing a Gemini-based personal agent to support work, study and daily life.

Meta is developing a personal AI agent called Hatch similar to OpenClaw and is also targeting a shopping agent. Competition to develop personal AI agents is starting in earnest, with Google and Meta joining in.

Competition is also intensifying over integrated management platforms for enterprise AI agents.

Microsoft has officially launched Agent 365, a platform that integrates and manages AI agents in corporate environments. It includes agents that run in Microsoft Copilot, Teams and Microsoft 365, as well as agents from external partners. ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services expanded their partnership to include integrated AI agent governance and native development tools. ServiceNow is expanding integration with AWS and appears to be positioning itself as an AI agent governance platform spanning multiple platforms.

Microsoft has officially launched Agent 365 to manage third-party agents in an integrated way. ServiceNow and AWS strengthened links between an AI control tower and AgentCore to support multi-agent integration.

As AI such as OpenAI and Anthropic spreads, shares of enterprise software companies that had been falling have recently recovered. Some companies are also being assessed as having broken through the so-called “SaaS-pocalypse” narrative that demand for SaaS would decline because AI can build SaaS software directly.

Perplexity opened its local AI agent, Personal Computer, to all Mac users. Adobe is introducing an agentic AI solution for marketers called CX Enterprise Coworker for companies. Global HR and payroll platform Deel launched an AI agent platform for practitioners called Akai by Deel.

Anthropic’s Claude is entering Microsoft 365, used by more than 400 million people. Perplexity opened Personal Computer to all Mac users. Adobe unveiled CX Enterprise Coworker, an agentic AI aimed at marketers. HR platform Deel launched its AI agent platform Akai.

LG CNS unveiled PhysicalWorks, a robotics transformation (RX) platform brand that integrates robot training and operations. LG CNS CEO Shin-kyun Hyun (현신균) said, “We will create a new standard for commercialising physical AI by integrating full-stack capabilities from robot training to deployment and operations,” and added, “Ultimately, we will realise a robot-centred autonomous operations system.” Physical AI company RLWRLD unveiled RLDX-1, a self-developed Robotics Foundation Model (RFM).

LG CNS unveiled its RX platform PhysicalWorks, saying it will build a system in which robots work. RLWRLD unveiled its robotics foundation model RLDX-1.

SAP is acquiring AI research lab Prior Labs and data lakehouse platform Dremio at the same time. SAP plans to acquire Prior Labs and invest more than 1 billion euros over the next 4 years to foster it into a global AI research lab in the field of structured business data.

Douzone Bizon signed a memorandum of understanding with global AI coding platform company Replit and will pursue cooperation on AI development based on vibe coding. Generative AI solution specialist Zenon introduced a beta service for its AI agent portal, GenA, which allows various AI agents to be used through a single interface. Upstage is making a full entry into the AI portal business by acquiring AXZ, the operator of portal Daum, from Kakao.

Douzone Bizon signed an MOU with Replit on vibe coding cooperation. Zenon opened a beta of its AI agent portal GenA, expanding its territory to B2C. Upstage completed its acquisition of Daum operator AXZ to shift to an AI portal.

Nvidia is sharply expanding investment across the overall AI infrastructure supply chain. Nvidia has already signed investment commitments of more than $40 billion in 2026.

Nvidia is emerging as a major investor in the AI ecosystem, investing $40 billion this year alone.

OpenAI and Anthropic will establish a joint venture to target the enterprise market.
