LG CNS said on Wednesday it will hire hundreds of entry-level employees in the second half of the year across nine roles, including AI and robotics.

The roles include AI, robotics, consulting, DX engineer, cloud AM (Application Modernization), architect, ERP, smart factory and convergence engineer. Applications will be accepted through Sept. 14.

The AI role involves designing and implementing AI models and services tailored to clients. It also includes planning agentic AI services by industry, including finance, public services, manufacturing and logistics.

The robotics role applies robots in industrial sites such as manufacturing and logistics. It also verifies whether next-generation robot technologies can be deployed in the field. LG CNS launched its integrated robot learning and operations platform, PhysicalWorks, in May.

The consulting role analyses business issues and establishes AI transformation (AX) and digital transformation (DX) strategies. DX engineers develop systems and services for industries including finance, public services and telecommunications.

Applicants with at least a bachelor's degree and those expected to graduate in February 2027 can apply regardless of major if they have IT capabilities.

The hiring process consists of document screening, a written test, a working-level interview and a final interview. The written test includes an aptitude test and a CNS specialised test.

LG CNS has introduced a new CNS specialised test from this recruitment round to assess understanding of the latest technologies and industry trends, and AI utilisation capabilities.

An LG CNS official said, "We are focusing on securing and developing talent who can connect technology to real customer value in core business areas such as AI and robotics."
